Terms & Conditions – Issued by San Entertainment LLP
1. Organizer & Governing Body
This pageant is organized and managed by San Entertainment LLP (“Organizer”) in association with Sanmarg. By applying or participating in the pageant, each applicant (“Contestant”) agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Eligibility Criteria
- Open to Indian citizens
- Open to biologically female individuals who identify as female
- Must belong to the Rajasthani or Gujarati community by:
- Birth
- Parental lineage
- Family origin
- Marriage
- Must fall into one of the following categories:

- Must be physically and mentally fit
- Must have no criminal record or ongoing legal proceedings
3. Application Process & Required Documentation
- Application window: Till 29th October 2025
- Applications must be submitted online with truthful and complete details
- Required documents (self-attested digital copies only):
- Valid age proof (Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID, etc.)
- Proof of state representation (e.g., parent’s ID, domicile certificate, community certificate)
- Medical fitness self-declaration
Note: Misrepresentation or submission of falsified documents will result in rejection or disqualification.

5. Participation Requirements
- Contestants must attend all rehearsals, grooming sessions, and scheduled events
- They are responsible for arranging their costumes, makeup, and props unless informed otherwise
- Contestants must maintain punctuality, discipline, and respect for fellow participants and staff
- Inappropriate behavior, defamation, or misconduct will result in disqualification
6. Media & Publicity Consent
By registering, participants irrevocably consent to:
- Being filmed, recorded, and photographed throughout the event
- Use of their name, image, story, voice, and performance across any media for promotion
- No royalty or prior approval rights apply
This consent is perpetual, global, and non-revocable.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
- All content (photos, videos, performances, interviews) created during the event is the sole property of San Entertainment LLP.
- Participants waive all rights to ownership, royalties, or reuse of such content
- The brand name Sanmarg Glam Queen & Princess 2025 and its assets (logos, designs) are trademarked by the Organizer
8. Talent Content & Copyright Compliance
- All talent showcased must be original.
- Participants are responsible for obtaining proper rights/licenses for any music, choreography, or third-party content used
- Any copyright infringement or unauthorized material may lead to disqualification
9. Code of Conduct
All participants must:
- Behave with dignity and professionalism
- Refrain from harassment, bullying, or verbal/physical misconduct
- Not consume alcohol, drugs, or illegal substances during the event
- Follow grooming and event schedules
- Abide by all decisions made by the Organizer or Jury
- Not engage in unauthorized brand endorsements or sponsorships
10. Confidentiality & Internal Protocols
Contestants may not disclose confidential event information including:
- Jury identities
- Evaluation criteria
- Grooming modules or internal communications
Breach of confidentiality may lead to legal action or disqualification.
11. Fee & Refund Policy
- Non-refundable entry fee of 10,000 for shortlisted contestants
- Refunds are only applicable in:
- Complete event cancellation.
- Valid and documented medical emergencies, subject to Organizer approval
- Any grooming or ancillary fees are also non-refundable under normal circumstances
12. Winner Responsibilities
Winners must:
- Represent the title in all branding and promotions until the next edition
- Participate in shoots, interviews, and public appearances as scheduled
- Maintain a public image aligned with the event’s values
The Organizer reserves the right to revoke the title if the winner’s conduct tarnishes the brand or violates terms
13. Disqualification & Title Revocation
Participants may be disqualified for:
- False claims regarding age, identity, or eligibility
- Plagiarized or inappropriate content
- Misconduct or criminal/legal issues
- Breach of code of conduct or confidentiality clauses
Even post-victory, titles may be withdrawn if violations surface later.
14. Health Declaration
By applying, participants declare themselves to be physically and mentally fit for all activities.
The Organizer assumes no responsibility for health incidents during the event.
15. State Representation & Heritage Verification
Participants must submit proof validating their eligibility to represent either Rajasthan or Gujarat. Accepted documents include:
- Parent’s ID
- Community certificate
- Ration card
- Domicile/Birth certificate
Submission implies verification of community and cultural affiliation.
16. Force Majeure Clause
The Organizer is not liable for changes, cancellations, or disruptions due to:
- Natural disasters, fires, pandemics, riots
- Government restrictions or legal constraints
- Logistical or technical breakdowns beyond reasonable control
17. Legal Jurisdiction
All legal disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Kolkata, West Bengal.
18. Modifications Clause
San Entertainment LLP reserves the right to:
- Change, postpone, or cancel any part of the event
- Amend any rule or clause without prior notice, if circumstances require
19. Binding Digital Agreement
By submitting the registration form:
- Contestants agree to all clauses listed above
- Acknowledge that no physical signature is required
- Accept the binding nature of this digital Terms & Conditions document as equal to a signed contract
